Dealer Requirements

Ideally our dealers will be exclusively in the fireplace or hearth products industry, specializing in wood burning. If you own a retail outlet or are a mason specializing in fireplace construction and are interested in an exciting new product line, we are interested in speaking with you.

To be a dealer you must:

  • Be knowledgeable the fireplace industry in your area
  • Install a display unit
  • Have a sales and marketing plan
  • Actively promote the products in your area
  • Plan and host workshops for masons
  • Specialize in customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on leads provided by Crossfire resulting from national advertising
  • Be financially stable
  • Have receiving facilities to unload a 2500 lb pallet
